How many apartments and condos do you have?
We have 12 condos and 86 apartments units. The condos are our new building, built the summer of '06. It is on the same property as all of the apartments.

Do you have married housing?

How does the parking work?
We do not have assigned parking but we have enough parking for all tenants; you should never have a problem finding a spot. Visitors may park anywhere during the day but must be out of the parking lot by midnight every night except Friday when visiting hours are extended until one-thirty am. Our parking enforcement company will begin to patrol the parking lot at that time. Temporary passes are available upon request. All tenants with a vehicle must purchase a parking pass at the office.

Do you have a laundry facility on-site?

We do, it is located right next to our main office and clubhouse in the middle of our complex. It is opened twenty four hours a day. Tenants will need their E-key to get into the facility which is an added security measure. Tenants will purchase a laundry card through the machine in the laundry room. Value maybe be added by using cash, credit, or debit. The condos have washer and dryers provided in the units.

What are the differences between a Silver, Gold, and Platinum apartment?

All three of these apartments are the exact same floor plan. Silver apartments are our standard unit. Gold units are updated and include; tile instead of linoleum, more counter and cabinet space in the kitchen, and leather couches. In the bedrooms the Gold units have newer sinks and vanities which include newer lighting, more storage in the desks, and have rolling office chairs. Our Platinum apartments have all the advantages of the Gold units as well as additional upgrades. They have granite countertops in both the kitchen and bedroom sinks, upgraded carpeting, new appliance package, custom fireplaces, and new furniture package.

Can I bring my own bed?

Yes, but because the apartments are supposed to be furnished and we will have to store the bed, there is an additional five dollar storage fee a month.

Are utilities included?

There is a twenty dollar communication and living package each month that includes; water, sewer, garbage, internet, cable, and a utility processing fee. The gas and electric are billed separately and kept in The Crestwood's name. We receive the bill and divide it evenly between everyone in the apartment.

How many wards are at The Crestwood?

There are two wards, the BYU 161^st and BYU 53^rd ward. Both have a lot of great activities and meet in the UVU Institute building.

Does The Crestwood have any activities?

We have opening socials for new tenant move-ins as well as other tenant activities throughout the year.

What is included in each apartment?

Every apartment is fully furnished. In the kitchen there is a table and chairs, microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Couch and loveseat are in the living room. In the bedrooms the tenants are provided a desk with a desk chair, dresser, and a bed.

What are the demographics of the complex?

We have approximately 50% BYU, 40% UVU, and 10% other. Our average ages are approximately between, for women 19-21, for men 22-24.

How big are the bedrooms?

The apartment bedrooms are 13 feet by 9 feet. The condo bedrooms are 8 feet 10 inches by 10 feet 11 inches.
